This was the first bass I bought, and I really liked the sound and the look- However, as a funk-rock bassist, I soon realized that the bass wasn’t very versatile; ie. It was really hard to get a great slap-pop sound out of it- so I exchanged it for an Ibanez Soundgear XYZ something….I’m not too sure- but anyways, long story short; I love this bass, and will definitely buy it again someday- but if you are looking for a great all- around bass, then go for a Fender or a Soundgear.
